Dr. Jessica Kado is a Michigan native, graduating with honors from Wayne State University and Wayne State University School of Medicine. She served as chief resident during her residency in dermatology at Wayne State University. She is a board certified fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and a member of the Society of Investigative Dermatology. She is an Associate Professor in the Wayne State University School of Medicine Department of Dermatology. She participates in a multidisciplinary Atopic Dermatitis clinic at Children's Hospital of Michigan. She is currently working with Karmanos Cancer Center to create a multidisciplinary lymphoma clinic for difficult cutaneous lymphoma cases. Her research interests include immunologic disorders in dermatology, cutaneous T-cell lymphoma and psoriasis. She specializes in the treatment of patients with acne, pediatric dermatological disorders and cosmetic procedures.
